Shipping Policy
At Vonyx Eletronics, we process and ship orders after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, shipping method, and carrier conditions. When available, tracking information will be provided so customers can follow their order.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Vonyx Eletronics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other situations beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Vonyx Eletronics, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the product, as long as the item is in good condition, with all accessories and original packaging whenever possible. Returns or exchanges may also be requested if the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team with the order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos when needed. After reviewing the case, we may offer an exchange, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
